This practical, hands-on full-day workshop is designed specifically for Queensland landscaping businesses and led by experienced landscaping contractors and industry trainers. Whether you're starting out or looking for a solid refresher, the learning is practical, landscaping-specific and immediately useful.

- Reading landscaping plans and specifications
- Cost build-ups covering materials, labour, plant and preliminaries
- Subcontractor and supplier quotes, scope comparison and risk allocation
- Overheads, margin and sensitivity testing
- Common landscaping pitfalls, including irrigation allowances, maintenance provisions and turf quality
- How quoting links to business viability, cash flow and QBCC compliance
- Producing a professional quote pack
