Job Title: Machine Operator - Limited Access Digger & Posi Combo
Location: Brisbane and Surrounding Suburbs
Description:
This is a hands-on role suited to a reliable and safety-focused operator who is confident working in tight access environments and supporting site teams throughout Brisbane to deliver work efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate limited access diggers and posi combos across multiple construction and landscape sites
- Complete daily pre-starts, inspections, and basic machine maintenance
- Load, transport, unload machinery to and from sites using company vehicles
- Work closely with site supervisors and crews to meet program and quality requirements
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with WHS systems at all times
- Assist with general site works and manual tasks when required
- Maintain clean, organised, and professional work areas
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating limited access diggers and posi combos
- Valid MR truck licence (essential)
- White Card
- Strong understanding of WHS obligations and safe machine operation
- Ability to work confidently in confined and restricted access areas
- Experience in construction or landscape environments

Job Title: Revegetation Applicator (Full time)
Location: Darra / Sumner QLD
Description:
- Operating HR trucks and specialised revegetation equipment
- Loading and Hauling equipment and product to various locations
- Maintaining physical health through material manual handling and application procedures including hose work
- Supporting site preparation, hydroseeding, and erosion control.
- Collaborating with site teams to meet project milestones
- Using a range of systems and programs to capture work diaries, safety data and plant and equipment documentation.
Ideally seeking:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR truck driving and/or revegetation machinery
- Valid Construction White Card
- Strong work ethic and a passion for restoring landscapes
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Regional QLD and Intrastate FIFO
- Physical fitness, self-motivation and ability to function in a team environment
- Sound communication skills, attention to detail, proficient tech skills.
