Job Title: Sales / New Business Development Representative

We are providing an exciting opportunity for a Sales/ New Business Development Persons who has proven experience and skills to join our team.
The persons will be joining a team that is dynamic, professional and enjoys working with customers in our family run business.
Working directly for the General Manager, from our Capalaba office (Brisbane, Queensland) business, the Sales Rep's focus is to achieve sales targets with new and existing customers for Turf Green’s landscaping business in a professional manner, to ensure that all customer’s requirements are satisfied. You are expected to gain an intimate knowledge of our customers and Turf Greens requirements and expectations and use technical and innovative approaches in the application of our services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven sales experience and growth strategies in the landscape industry business.
- Develop and increase relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proven ability to close business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Proven extensive experience in estimating/quoting/tendering using a cloud-based quoting system.
- Ability to follow procedures and completion of estimations/quotes within a 24hr window and updating the sales pipeline and customers files. Plans and photos will be required to be completed in the system also.
- Productive at achieving sales targets, reporting, profits and keeping sales funnel up to date.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written and interpersonal and the ability to interact will a variety of stakeholders including customers, other employees and suppliers.
- Proven knowledge in marketing and social media outlets.

- Be able to communicate effectively within our team and to our clients.
- Have effective time management, reliability and self-assurance. As a member of our team you’ll be expected to fulfil the functions of the role without supervision.
- Have an eye for attention to detail when selling to customers.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence.
- Hold a construction white card.
- A working with children Blue card would be an advantage.

Job Title: Quotes & Orders (Sales) Coordinator (Full-time)
Location: Willawong QLD 4110
Description:
Reporting to the Sales Manager of the Quotes & Orders Team, this role involves fast paced customer and supplier liaison, creating quotes and orders to customer specifications along with coordinating stock dispatch and delivery with our Dispatch team.
Joining a team of sales and dispatch specialists, the successful incumbent will maintain company service standards, sales objectives and customer relationships. A four-week induction and training program, with face-to face learning and on-line courses present a road map for success in the role.
