Note for the ticket purchaser: Please ensure that you relay ticket terms and conditions, including the dress code and code of conduct, to all parties in your group.
Gala Dinner Ticket Terms and Conditions
Ticket Sales
- All tickets are non-refundable and final.
- Tickets are non-transferable after 4pm, Friday 31 October 2025.
- Attendee names, contact details, and dietary requirements must be submitted by Friday 31 October 2025. Late dietary changes cannot be guaranteed.
Seating & Groups
- Tables seat up to 10 guests. Multiple table bookings welcome.
- The booking contact is responsible for sharing event details, dress code, and conduct expectations with their guests.
- Please ensure all guest email addresses are provided when submitting the final attendee list, as a confirmation with table numbers and event information will be sent to all guests the day prior to the event.
Dress Code
- Black Tie / Formal attire is required (e.g. tuxedo, suit with tie, gown, cocktail dress, or pantsuit).
- Guests must also comply with The Star Brisbane’s dress and entry standards, especially when accessing casino areas. View full policy here.
Venue & Conduct
- The Star Brisbane reserves the right to refuse entry or service or remove any guest who breaches venue policies or behaves inappropriately.
- No outside alcohol or illegal substances permitted. RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) will be strictly enforced.
- All guests must comply with the Landscape Queensland Event Code of Conduct.
Event Disruptions
If the event is postponed or cancelled (e.g. due to Force Majeure, public health directives or venue issues), Landscape Queensland will communicate next steps.
Photography & Media
By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use by Landscape Queensland, unless advised otherwise in writing before the event.
Changes to Terms
Landscape Queensland reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
