A business with an ABN (Australian Business Number) that does landscape work
such as paving, retainer walls, garden walls, pergolas, gazebos, fences, carports, water features,
irrigation systems, garden light installation and driveways. A Structural Landscape business
may also offer project management and design services. The business would hold a QBSA structural
landscape licence.
NOTE: Queensland Law dictates that any landscaping involving structural work
(as listed above) in excess of $1,100 requires the operator to be BSA licensed. Similarly,
law specifies that subcontracting is not permitted unless you are suitably licensed by BSA.
Other BSA License holders may apply for Associate Membership.
